Okay, is there any pain that's worse than pulling a Band-Aid off a hairy leg? Sure, I've broken my arm, my thumb, broke my nose, sprained my ankle twice, and got a concussion. But for some reason the thought of ripping off my Band-Aids causes me to shudder.

Besides women don't let a mat of fur grow before they wax...only a tiny stubble, just enough for the wax to grab hold of...maybe that makes it a little different in your mind
they also always apply and pull away against the grain, which is the most painless way to do it...
